Exchange and Returns
Follow these 4 steps:
Step 1
To register a return - log in to My Pages and select "Returns". Indicate which item(s) you wish to return and the reason why.
If you have any problems with return prosess, you can send and email to Lager@urbanpioneers.no with the same info. Norwegian, Swedish and English is OK language.
Step 2
Insert item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Step 3
Use the pre-paid post shipping label and deliver your package to your nearest
Bring/Posten post office. If you lost it or did not got it, send E-mail to lager@urbanpioneers.no and we will send you a new one. Norwegian, Swedish and English is OK language.
Step 4
If you wish to return and exchange any item(s), you will need to place a new order. Refunds will be processed through Klarna.
